Homeopathy for allergies & respiratory complaints

Allergic rhinitis · Sinusitis · Recurring colds · Dust allergy · Asthma

Bengaluru’s dust and shifting weather keep allergy clinics busy. When every season change means sneezing fits, a blocked nose or another antihistamine, the sensitivity itself deserves treatment.

Antihistamines and nasal sprays quieten an allergic reaction; they do not change the tendency to react. Classical homeopathy approaches allergy from the other side — treating the individual’s sensitivity so that, over a course of remedies, reactions grow milder and less frequent and the rescue medicines are needed less.

The same applies to sinusitis that returns every few months, colds that every office cough seems to trigger, and the dust allergy that makes mornings miserable. The consultation maps when the reactions come, what sets them off and how they behave — and the remedy is chosen on that pattern.

Asthma is supported alongside the patient’s existing inhalers and medication, never in place of them. The aim over time is fewer episodes and a calmer chest, with any change to ongoing medication made only in step with the treating doctors.

Does treatment mean stopping antihistamines or inhalers?

No. Existing medicines continue; as the reactions grow milder, the need for them typically reduces gradually. Inhalers and prescribed asthma medication are never stopped abruptly.

How long before allergy symptoms improve?

Most patients see the pattern shift across one or two seasons — reactions become noticeably milder and shorter before they become rare.
